This is the website for the Beachwood subdivision of Wake County, NC. This website, the occasional mailing, and the e-mail address below are the only official communication channels for our HOA. We do not use any “social media” site, and we do not deploy newsletters around the neighborhood.

- Strict covenant enforcement–particularly as it concerns parking–resumes on 1 October 2025. Please read the September Newsletter for details.
- Thank you to everybody who attended our membership meeting on 9 June 2025. The next membership meeting will occur in November 2025.

HOA dues
The annual assessment for 2025 is $243. Please send a check or money order payable to “Beachwood Homeowners Association, Inc.” to the above mailing address.

The HOA is a NC not-for-profit entity. Board members serve a term of 2 years.
