This is the website for the Beachwood subdivision of Wake County, NC. This website, the occasional mailing, and the e-mail address below are the only official communication channels for our HOA. We do not use any “social media” site, and we do not deploy newsletters around the neighborhood.

HOA dues
The annual assessment for 2025 is $243. Please send a check or money order payable to “Beachwood Homeowners Association, Inc.” to the above mailing address.
Violations
All home owners are bound by the Covenants and Restrictions, including ammendments. Violations of the restrictions will be handled in accordance with the HOA’s published procedures.

The HOA is a NC not-for-profit entity. Board members serve a term of 2 years.
